"I may not be grand or polished.

But perhaps that isn't what you're looking for.

I sit quietly in the countryside of Macitavera, surrounded by more than 5,000 m² of my own land. Olive trees grow around me, grapevines find their way through the garden and palms, pines and fruit trees have had plenty of time to make this place feel wonderfully established.

Inside, I keep things simple.

I have a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom — 121 m² of space waiting for someone to make it truly their own.

But I think you'll spend much of your time outside.

My covered terrace gives you shade on warm summer afternoons and my barbecue is already waiting for those long Spanish evenings when dinner somehow lasts until well after sunset.

And then there are my olive trees.

They aren't here simply to look pretty. They're productive, with their own drip irrigation system, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a little piece of genuine Mediterranean country life.

I am fully fenced and wonderfully private.

I have irrigation water, but I am not currently connected to mains drinking water or mains electricity. My internal electrical installation is already in place, however, so perhaps my next chapter will include solar panels and a more independent way of living.

That's something my new owners can decide.

Because I'm not pretending to be a finished dream home.

I'm a place where you can create your own.

And although I feel wonderfully tucked away in the countryside, you won't have to give up everyday life to live here.

Abanilla is only 2.5 km away.

Close enough to pop into town for coffee or groceries.
