Let Me Tell You My Story...

Not every home has just one story. I have two — two independent houses, brought together by a beautiful patio in the heart of a peaceful Murcian village.

From the street, I still show my traditional Spanish character, with my original façade carefully preserved.

Step inside, however, and you’ll discover a completely renovated interior — and something rather unusual.

I’m Actually Two Homes

I consist of two independent houses, each with its own external entrance, bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining spaces, and kitchen.

Together, I offer an impressive eight bedrooms, four bathrooms and 411 m² of space.

Perfect for a large family, different generations living together, or simply anyone who loves having plenty of room for guests.

At My Heart, a Patio

My two homes come together around a spacious interior patio, with both kitchens opening directly onto it.

Imagine long lunches outside, Mediterranean plants, morning coffee and warm evenings around the table.

I also have a large storage room tucked away here — practical, but always useful.

A Little Character Above

Inside, my high ceilings and mezzanine levels give me an open and distinctive feel.

Those extra spaces can become whatever you need: an additional sleeping area, reading corner, studio or quiet workspace.

I’m a home with plenty of possibilities.

I’m tucked away in Los Martínez del Puerto, a small Murcian village surrounded by countryside, yet with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, school, health centre and sports facilities close by.
