"I have been standing here among the olive trees and grapevines for more than 120 years.

My old stone walls have seen generations come and go, quiet mornings turn into warm afternoons and countless Spanish sunsets disappear behind the hills. I have changed with time, of course, but the people who restored me were careful not to take away the things that make me who I am.

Step inside and you will still find my authentic character, now combined with the comfort of a beautifully renovated home. I offer four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with plenty of room for everyday life, family and friends.

And when people come to stay, I have something rather special waiting for them: my own independent 70 m² guest house. Close enough to share breakfast together, yet private enough for everyone to have their own space. It could even become a charming holiday rental.

But perhaps my favourite place isn't inside at all.

Outside, 10.000 m² of fully fenced land surrounds me with mature olive trees, cypresses and grapevines. There are two spacious terraces, so you can follow the Spanish sun from your first coffee in the morning until that last glass of wine beneath the stars.

I am peaceful, but I am not isolated.

The welcoming town of Pinoso is only minutes away, with its markets, restaurants, wineries and everyday amenities. Alicante Airport and the Mediterranean coast are both within easy reach.

I don't promise a perfectly polished life.
