Let Me Tell You My Story...

"You’ll find me in Raspay, a small Spanish village surrounded by vineyards, almond groves and rolling hills.

I’m not a grand country estate.

I’m something a little more intimate.

A home where you can step outside and feel part of village life, where the countryside begins almost at the end of the street and where Pinoso is only ten minutes away when you need a little more bustle.

I was lovingly renovated around five years ago, but thankfully they didn't try to make me something I'm not.

I still feel Spanish.

Come inside and you'll find three bedrooms, a cosy living room with my traditional fireplace and pellet stove, and continuous flooring that lets one space flow naturally into the next.

But there is one room I really should tell you about.

My kitchen used to belong to the animals.

Times have changed.

Today it is a wonderfully spacious open-plan kitchen and the heart of my home. Large sliding doors fill it with light and open directly onto the terrace, where the rooftops of Raspay stretch out before you and the countryside rolls away towards Pinoso.

It's a lovely place for breakfast.

Although breakfast has a habit of becoming lunch around here.

And when you want a little more privacy, wander downstairs to my 79 m² courtyard.

There is room to eat outside, read beneath the Spanish sun, fill the space with Mediterranean plants or simply do absolutely nothing for a while.

I have a few additional spaces too — storage rooms and extensions that leave plenty of possibilities for whoever comes next.

Because although I've already been beautifully renovated, I don't feel completely finished.

There is still room for you in my story.

I could become your permanent Spanish home.

Your little escape from colder winters.

Or simply that place where you arrive, put down your bags and wonder why you didn't do this years ago."
