Let Me Tell You My Story...

"I wake up to green.

Not the kind you have to drive somewhere to find, but the kind that begins right outside my garden. I sit on the frontline of La Peraleja Golf Resort, with the fairway stretching out before me and open views creating a wonderful sense of space and calm.

Step inside and you’ll find that I have kept a little Spanish character of my own.

Look up and you’ll see my wooden-beamed ceilings, bringing warmth to my bright, open-plan living and dining space. When the evenings turn cooler, my fireplace makes everything feel just a little cosier, while electric radiators keep me comfortable throughout the year.

My fully fitted kitchen is part of the living space, so cooking here doesn’t mean disappearing from everyone else. Conversations can continue, glasses can be poured and dinner can slowly come together.

I have two generous bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, and two bathrooms, giving you plenty of room whether I become your permanent home or somewhere you escape to whenever Spain starts calling.

But I have a feeling you’ll spend a lot of your time outside.

Because I have private gardens at both the front and the back.

Morning coffee in one.

A quiet afternoon in the other.

And when the Spanish sunshine becomes impossible to resist, there’s something even better waiting for you…

your very own private swimming pool.

No packing a bag. No searching for a sunbed.

Just open the door, step outside and dive in.

And although life here feels wonderfully peaceful, you’re not isolated. I’m part of a gated resort with 24-hour security and CCTV, offering privacy and reassurance in a relaxed setting.

The golf course itself is being renewed, bringing fresh life to the resort and adding even more to look forward to.

And whenever you feel like leaving my peaceful little corner, Sucina is only around five minutes away by car.

There you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafés and everything you need for everyday life.

Close enough to be convenient.

Far enough away for me to remain wonderfully quiet.
